Chili's in Ramstein-Miesenbach

This place takes years to serve and there a rip-off of chipotle

I’ve lived in the area for about 1 1/2 years now and have yet to find a positive thing to say about Chili’s Ramstein. First experience; Ignored at the bar for 45 min. Yes I kept trying to get the bartenders attention. Thought, maybe they were short staffed. Second experience; ignored at a table for 30 min. I had to get loud and terse to even flag someone down. So I just left. Third experience with wife; who wanted to try it out led to ok service but not fresh food. Final experience was tonight when we just wanted an easy dinner for family delivered on base. After waiting 1 1/2 hours we called as both kids are now starving at 1830. We are immediately put on hold and left for good. Food did arrive 15 min later. It was all cold along with two missing sides. THIS PLACE NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT.

American tex mex at its finest, but it scratches the itch far from 'home...

I was there with my boyfriend and his family back then ,and it was very delicious. I am German ,so I didn't know the American burgers there ,but it was a great experience, staff is friendly and gladly fulfills extra requests👍🙂

The waitress and hostess were great. However, they didn't have Sirloin available :(

Let me tell you that 4 meals at one time in our visit was pretty disappointing. Yes the wait staff is great but the food looked and tasted reheated and retreated. Dry chicken in the pasta meals and the ribs were moist but reheated and resauced. Fries were also reheated. The old timer burger was just that. Tasted like it was maybe 50 years old. Needless to say but it was truly my last visit there ever!

Took forever to get simple food requests and bar staff had a very poor attitude. The food was cold by the time we got it after having to ask where it was. Took almost 15 minutes to get water while sitting at the bar. All in all I've had better service and food at a defac.

Quick and good food, friendly staff, not to busy for a Saturday.

Its one of the few chillies you will find in Germany. Limited menu what was good. Standard Chillies

We had a very bad experience with them today 19/9/20 I called like a week ago and asked if civilians are allowed in since we are coming from Paris it’s a 5 hrs drive the answer was yes but they didn’t mention that you need someone to check you inn or you must be American citizen When we arrived at the base we were denied entry and their answer was we are sorry nothing we can do 😡very unprofessional staff.

Absolutely awesome service...great people and food is always on point. Wouldn't know what else to ask for.

They dont want to pick up so you can make a reservation. They put you on hold forever and when you try and call back, the lines busy for an hour. They need to fire whoever works the phonelines.

Food was good; service needs huge improvement. Management needs to be more engaged and ensure customers are taken care of in an efficient & timely manner.

The workers are great, the food is good, the environment is great, & honestly it's got that "sit-down chain-restaurant"/Applebee's vibe. I dig it, & it reminds me of across the pond, but it's not gonna blow your mind

It's a Chili's on an Air Force base. If you had Chili's in the states you know what to expect here.

Very good American food. It's usually fairly busy but they will get you in.

It was a great end to a great day in Ramstein. The service is typical of American restaurants, friendly and helpful, and for the kids there is painting equipment and puzzles ready to dispel boredom. The drinks were super tasty and fruity, as almost everywhere you can get free refill with the drinks and the tortillas as a starter. There was plenty of choice of food, even though it was unfortunately my first choice (1/2 rack spare ribbs), there were plenty of other delicacies and it was a feast for the palate and the portions were huge (for the little German Stomach) and the felt ton of tortillas before it was almost a struggle to get the plate empty. Should you not manage to empty the plate, we will pack the whole thing and give it home. In terms of price, it is normal and service is really service here and not just the idea of ​​the business model, I like it very much and will definitely come back and let your taste buds dance. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍

they don't answer the phone for pick up orders. been trying to call for about 25 minutes so i can run to the store, pick up my food and go home but the phone just rings and rings.

Its Chilis... Easy walk for those of us that like to go there at lunch instead of inferior PF Changs. Service here is always good, food here is always ok, soda refills are a treasure in Germany, and it's always better than PF Changs. Always.

3 star experience at best. All chicken tastes undercooked and tough as if it was raw. Very convenient though, but nothing like the states. They don’t have a 2 for $20.

The food is always good. The staff super friendly even when it’s busy. I recommend to go during the day tho bc it’s not as packed!

Really good for a chili’s overseas. Drinks are generous and selection just like you would expect at home in the states.

The food is good. Staff friendly. Half of the restaurant is always empty but you still have to wait 40 minutes no matter what time of the day you come here. Fix your staff problem guys.
